The Chrisities came out with flying colours in the SSE and SSCE 2024-25 bringing laurel to their Alma Mater. 35 students scored more than 90%, 77 students scored distinction and 28 students scored first class in the SSE.
In an era where the young generation does not get a chance for physical activities, the school provides ample opportunities for sports and games.The students are given coaching in basketball, football and athletics.

Christ Central School, Thiruvalla - a co-educational institution - is owned and managed by the Catholic Fathers of the religious Congregation of Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). M.G.M. English Medium School founded in 1973 in the memory of His Grace Mar Gregorius by Rev. Thomas Mar Theophilos, is now rechristened as Christ Central School & Junior College. In 1986, the CMI Congregation acquired the school. Since then the CMIs have been managing it under the Kuriakose Elias Educational Trust. The immediate management of the school is with the Mar Baselios CMI Ashram, Muthoor, Thiruvalla.

Under the leadership and guidance of the department of Social Science… Christ Radio comes with a lot of information and entertainment every Wednesdays during the lunch break.. The students are selected as radio jockeys and sound technicians and the entire show is managed by them. Talented students get a chance to air their skills through news reading, interviews , music and quiz programmes.
